1. About this site

This site is the online retail platform of Hong Kong Airlines, offering inflight-range merchandise, curated gifts and travel essentials for browsing and purchase.

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Orders

You may order as a guest without registration, but must provide a valid email address, which serves as your order receipt and lookup key.

Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund in full in cases of unavailability, manifest pricing error or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown and settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices include the charges stated on this site but exclude any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees that may arise at the destination.

Prices and availability may change; the amount confirmed at the time of your order applies.

4. Payment

Card and wallet payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not handle or store your full card number.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed; unpaid orders will not be shipped.

5. Delivery and cross-border

Certain items are shipped cross-border and may require the recipient’s verified identity details for customs clearance, as required by the destination.

Delivery times depend on carriers, customs and events beyond our control; stated timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled under the returns policy published by Hong Kong Airlines.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method in the original currency; posting times depend on your card issuer.

7. Intellectual property

All trade marks, logos, text, images, layouts and other content on this site belong to Hong Kong Airlines or the respective rights holders, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the goods. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

We may update these Terms from time to time; updates take effect when published on this page.
